Karaköy is one of the most popular areas of old Istanbul.

The project phase was finished 4 years ago, the construction started just last year. Nowadays we are doing the final touch-ups and decisions, we hope the opening will be with in 6 months.

As this  building consists of 3 old and underprotected buildings, we had to be very careful about the facade decisions. Especially on the corner building, as you can see from the renders, we keep all the details, and try to combine the three buildings' facade as if it is a single building.
