The house which is located at Küçükyalı has a 300 m2 base and has a double story apartment plan. In the ground floor there is the entrance hall, living room, kitchen and the powder room (guest bathroom).

At the top floor, a master bedroom with a terrace which is designed to portray a suite lifestyle and other bedrooms are located.

Since the owner imagined a smart-casual type of a home, entire design is built upon this concept and all the materials and colors are carefully selected to vibrate a sense of comfort.
